Wikipedia's official definition says "A sketch card is a trading-card sized piece of original art usually measuring 2.5" (65mm) x 3.5" (90mm)." I've seen both amatuer and professional artists alike, use them to sell their artwork at conventions. I even had one artist draw my original character Daystar[link] on a sketch card. You can purchase blank ones here [link]=PROD&Store_Code=BL&;Product_Code=BL1060-12&Category_Code=003sc , as they come in a 12 card set. I hope that helps you out!:)
